“Maybe the providers here are good but they're an administrative nightmare and borderline unprofessional. Tried to schedule an appointment for medication management. They couldn't figure out how to validate my insurance despite weeks of back and forth and direct escalation with the insurance who provided clear details about how to verify. They scheduled my appointment and then suddenly emailed me saying they don't think it's a good fit based on my insurance. Huge waste of time, poor communication, and clearly don't understand basic medical insurance practices. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.”
