How likely are you to recommend Guadalupe Psychiatric and Mental Health Services?
What patients say on Google
“If Cheri Cerghizan is your psychiatrist, please be careful and advocate for yourself. Cheri is incredibly condescending and will not take your input seriously. She will talk down to you and make you question yourself at every turn. She researches medications during meetings, as she does not know their side effects or interactions off the top of her head. She looks up this information during appointments. She knew my and my family's medical history and still prescribed a medication that gave me a serious side effect that is incredibly difficult to counteract (metabolic syndrome!). This drug is known to cause adverse reactions (especially with my and my family's history) and she prescribed it anyway. What shocked me the most is that she discontinued a medication I was on for over a decade WITHOUT TELLING ME. A doctor cannot just do that to a patient, much less without telling them. On top of that, she refused to refill said medication once it was brought to my attention. Absolutely absurd. Be aware. She does not care about you. She does not care about her patients. She is beyond condescending and will make you feel small. She does not have the kind, caring, therapeutic temperament for psychiatry. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because the office staff is friendly and very flexible with scheduling.”
“I really like this group. The staff is friendly on the phone. I don't have a hard time being able to talk to staff. The communicate my messages to my provider. I have no problems with getting my refills. My provider is Sarah Heredia and I really like her! She takes time to listen to me. She is very pleasant. I will continue to use this group and my provider bc they are great 🙂 I would highly recommend her and this group to everyone!”
“HIGHLY RECOMMED This may be tmi for some, but~ I have been using this clinic now for a little over a year and they have helped me so much already. I went from feeling suicidal and faking it through the day almost every day- to being happy a couple of days a week. That is such an insane improvement and everyone in the facility has been so kind and easy to work with. I work primarily with Jimmy Calzado, Sara Ornelas, and Carrie in the office (Im sorry I can't remember your last name right now!) I am on a combination of treatments that are doing well for me and my docs worked hard to help me get these treatments because they thought I would be a good candidate for them. They have all been great to work with and I couldn't ask for a better team. ”
“Do not even sign up for a consultation at this place! I had a consultation 2 years ago with Dr Cruz in Los Lunas, and it was the worst consultation I have ever had. I never went back, yet just this February, they charged my insurance company (Presbyterian) for an appointment I never had! I emailed them to tell them to take off the charge because I have never gone back, yet the charge to my insurance company remains, and they never responded. I am currently contacting my insurance fraud department to let them know. They are seriously the worst, and apparently not ethical.”
