What patients say on Google
“I have been a patient here for about a year and a half. The care is excellent and I feel that I am in very good hands. I’ve had some bad experiences with psychiatrists in Albuquerque, so I’m very grateful for the excellent care offered here, specifically by Keith Haynie. I really appreciate that they offer both in person and telehealth appointments. I’ve never had anything less than a stellar experience with them.”
“My first impression at Chrysalis Psychiatry was one of calmness. The entry and waiting area are very welcoming with comfortable seating and refreshments at your pleasure. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and respectful. The doctor I saw was very respectful and patient working with me and all I needed to go over with her regarding my past history and currently what I'm experiencing. She listened, didn't judge and she reassured me that we would work together to get me better and back on a good path.”
“Bailey is awesome, she put a lot of time and effort into getting me on the right medications! The service that manages calls for the front desk when they're not available could use some improvement (they initially canceled my appointment and did not tell me, so I ended up using a sick day to come to the scheduled visit to be told that it was canceled. But ladies at the front desk were very helpful and fixed it for me)”
“I was informed today by a very rude receptionist that Dr. Henry is no longer with the practice. This was a complete surprise, and now I'm expected to start over as a new patient with a different provider, despite already being established and having a treatment plan that was working well. This isn't the first issue I've had with this office. They've mishandled my medications, the front desk staff have consistently been unhelpful, and I've even been charged no-show fees for appointments I never scheduled or knew about. Dr. Henry was by far the best psychiatric provider I've ever had and the only reason I continued coming here. Since he's gone, I have no reason to stay. I'll be finding Dr. Henry, if possible, or another practice altogether.”
